If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Michaela is your person. She just helped my husband and I buy our first house and there are so many wonderful things about her that I barely know where to start. Michaela took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes as well as our needs and wants. She quickly honed in on what we were looking for, which we didn’t even really know, and went to work. One of the most amazing things about Michaela is this magical combination of business savvy and design. She really knew the market and which houses were worth looking at and which weren’t. We knew we were looking for an older house that we could put some equity in to and make our own, but we were first time homebuyers and she was careful not to show us houses that could get us in over our heads. Another great thing about Michaela is that she was abundantly careful about our budget. Whereas a lot of realtor’s will show you listings close to the top of your budget- especially when it isn’t much- Michaela never pushed it. She is not just interested in selling you a house, but a home you can live in for years to come without regret. Michaela is so many things and I could write a novel in her awesomeness, but in short, she is smart, cares dearly about her clients, hardworking, creative (in problem solving and design), dedicated, patient, a great communicator, honest, funny, flexible, innovative, kind, straightforward, a good listener, knowledgeable about the maintenance/construction of a home, and a rockstar. If you want a real estate agent that will put you before their commission, who will be dedicated to finding you a house that that is truly a home, Michaela is your agent. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, I would not be sitting here in my perfect house without her.

Michaela is wonderful! She has an eye for details and gave a lot of remodeling suggestions. She showed us how we could build equity in each home we looked at (which was a lot!)
